...Main investments in technology:

Ø      Developed with USP São Carlos (University of São Paulo in São Carlos) - Chemistry Department - biodegradable/recyclable derivatives of castor oil.

Ø      Took part in Mercedes Benz 1992 World Project for the production of future recyclable vehicles.

Ø      It is involved since 1997 with the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande in the development of composites based on resins and vegetable fibers.

Ø      Participates in the development of hybrid castor seeds with high productivity per hectare that allows a mechanized crop which contributes to the reduction of cost thus elevating competitiveness.

Ø      Participates in the development of agricultural equipments for sowing and mechanized crop of castor seeds.

Ø   Developed chemical processes for the production of Undecilenic Acid, Sebacic Acid and Stearates in partnership with the Ministério da Aeronáutica / CTA - Centro Técnico Aerospace (Ministry of Air Force - Aerospace Technical Center), registered in INPI.

Ø      Developed chemical processes for Polyurethane resins, in partnership with Telebrás, through its Research Center (CPqD) - Centro de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento da Telebrás, also registered in INPI.
